The “Brains” of the Center (our staff)

The Imaginations Early Learning Centers family is the brains of the Center. Our staff members are highly trained and exceed the Maryland Childcare Administration Requirements either by education or by experience. We believe that continuing education is the key to sustaining a professional team of educators. Our staff is made up of very dedicated and knowledgeable people. Each brings his/her own talents to the organization and all have caring and positive attitudes. Our staff enjoys working in this demanding field of early childhood education because they truly love it and believe that they can make a difference in a child’s life.

At ImagiNations ELC, we are a child care organization that believes in hiring qualified, fun-loving and experienced educators. We teach children through the use of many mediums and expect our teachers to use every resource available to provide children with concrete experiences for learning that will last a lifetime. The ImagiNations ELC team inspires growth and creativity in children, builds their self-esteem and prepares them for the wonderful world of primary school.

It is our goal to provide the best child care services in the nation. This can only be accomplished with a caring and competent childcare team.

At ImagiNations ELC, everyone is treated with respect and with professionalism.

Communication is the key to success with parents, children, and staff. Therefore, we welcome suggestions from our team members.
